Our wedding and reception will take place at Evermay, a beautiful property in Washington's historic Georgetown. The ceremony will be held in the gardens, weather permitting. Evermay is located at 1623 28th St NW, between Q Street and R Street. Valet parking will be provided.
Twelve-person shuttles run by Atlantic Valet will begin picking up our wedding guests in front of Hotel Palomar at 3:45pm, and will continue until 4:45pm. The ride should take 5 minutes. The invitation states the event starts at 4:30pm, but you are welcome to arrive on an earlier shuttle to enjoy the elegant formal gardens with a cocktail before the ceremony. If you miss the shuttles or prefer, a taxi is a fine option. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. The Evermay staff will not seat guests once it begins. In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place as planned in Evermay's ballroom.
Be sure to wear your dancing shoes, and plan to be out late. The event ends at 11:30 pm, but feel free to continue to enjoy each other's company back at the hotel or at any of DC's lively night spots!
Vegetarian options will be available during cocktails and dinner.

The closest airport is Reagan National Airport, a short taxi ride from the hotel. Other farther options include BWI in Baltimore and Dulles International Airport in Virginia.
